I've been a video-gamer since I got my Nintendo when I was 8. I played it on a tiny little black and white tv. So when I got my first Gameboy, I was never phased by the baby-poop-green monotone screen.
I can't believe that I don't share the games I'm playing more. Since Christmas is not long past, I think this is a good time to share.
Dragon Age II
I heard a lot about this game before I got it. It's right up my alley, and very addicting. Total slacker fuel.
Rise of Nightmares
This game is a lot different from the other Kinect games I see, and that's a good thing. It's more like an interactive horror movie. (Hm, I wonder if I can write a horror game script. Do people do that?)
Dance Central
Wow, this game kicks my butt. I'm so out of shape. My goal is to dance for at least a half hour every morning. It's funny, for as much as I hated 80's/90's rap music, I find that those are my favorite songs to dance to. It must be the nostalgia factor.
Fitocracy
This isn't so much a video game as a real-life leveling system for exercise. You're awarded points for exercising, and there's acheivements and quests. It's exactly up a gamer girl's alley. If it doesn't let you join, let me know, I think I can send out invites.
